Warranty Audits are used by car manufacturers to verify the costs of repairs, replacement cars and spare parts incurred from the dealer/after-sales service network. Any evidence of fraud (including overpayments, misuse of spare parts or invalid invoicing) is reported directly to our customer. During an audit, an SGS auditor monitors the repair work.
