Operation survey
SGS as independent project surveyor monitors the project operation and reports the project performance identifying possible deficiencies and suggesting corrective actions.
Ongoing Monitoring
- Review operational reports on periodic basis containing: a summary of major issues such as accidents, major maintenance and repair issues, major technical problems etc.
- Regulatory compliance, including viability of all required permits, compliance with safety measures and the social and environmental impact of the project.
